LVLUP Health offers optional subscription services that allow customers to receive selected products automatically at recurring intervals.
By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to this Subscription Policy, our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any other applicable policies published on our website.

How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription product, you authorise LVLUP Health to automatically charge your selected payment method at the subscription interval chosen during checkout.
Available subscription frequencies may vary by product.
Subscription orders automatically renew unless cancelled by the customer in accordance with this policy.
Subscription pricing, discounts, product availability, and promotional offers may change from time to time.
Recurring Billing Authorisation
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise LVLUP Health and its payment processing partners to charge your selected payment method for all recurring subscription orders until the subscription is cancelled.
Charges will occur automatically according to your selected subscription frequency.
The amount charged may include:
- Product costs.
- Applicable taxes.
- Shipping fees where applicable.
- Any adjustments disclosed before processing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains accurate and current.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers may manage their subscription through their customer portal.
Depending on the platform functionality available at the time, customers may:
- Skip upcoming orders.
- Change delivery frequency.
- Update billing information.
- Update shipping information.
- Cancel their subscription.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription prior to the next billing date if they wish to avoid future charges.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted after a subscription renewal payment has been successfully processed may apply to future renewals only.
Orders that have already entered processing or fulfilment cannot generally be cancelled.
Where cancellation requests are submitted shortly after renewal, LVLUP Health may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit, cancellation assistance, or another reasonable resolution.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
- LVLUP Health may automatically retry the payment.
- Subscription orders may be delayed, paused, or cancelled.
- Customers may receive reminders to update their payment information.
LVLUP Health is not responsible for delays resulting from failed payment authorisations or expired payment methods.
Repeated failed payment attempts may result in subscription cancellation.
Out-of-Stock Subscription Products
Occasionally, subscription products may become temporarily unavailable due to manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, regulatory, or operational issues.
Where this occurs, LVLUP Health may:
- Delay shipment until stock becomes available.
LVLUP Health does not guarantee uninterrupted product availability.
Customers will not be charged for subscription orders that cannot be fulfilled unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing Changes
LVLUP Health reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, discounts, shipping charges, product availability, and subscription benefits.
Any changes will apply to future renewals.
Continued participation in the subscription program after pricing changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to the LVLUP Health Returns & Refunds Policy.
Because subscription products are automatically processed according to customer-selected billing schedules:
- Charges processed before cancellation requests are generally not eligible for refund.
- Orders already processed or shipped are generally not eligible for cancellation.
- Opened products are generally not eligible for return.
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
Customers experiencing issues with subscription billing are encouraged to contact support@lvluphealth.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
LVLUP Health reserves the right to provide payment processors with:
- Subscription enrolment records.
- Customer acceptance records.
- Billing authorisations.
- Order history.
- Delivery confirmations.
- Customer communications.
Unauthorised, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension or termination of the customer account.
- Cancellation of active subscriptions.
- Refusal of future orders.
- Recovery of chargeback fees and associated administrative costs where permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVLUP Health is not responsible for subscription interruptions caused by payment processor failures, inventory shortages, supply chain disruptions, website outages, carrier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

LVLUP Health may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website and will take effect upon publication.
